Shipping policy

Every Turnstone guitar is shipped free of charge to all destinations served by major international couriers. Your instrument will travel in its case, fully insured, and carefully packed for complete peace of mind. We work with trusted international couriers and provide tracking details once your guitar is on its way.

Delivery requires a signature on receipt and is made only to the billing address associated with the order.

For guitars held in stock, dispatch is usually within five working days. For custom builds, we will confirm the expected dispatch date once final setup and checks are complete.

International orders and import charges

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, prices shown exclude all taxes. Your local customs authority may apply import duties, local taxes, or clearance fees when the guitar arrives in your country. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
